Established in August, 1992, the Company is a private holding company invested by Zhuhai Jialinshan Co., Ltd. It mainly deals with the production and sales of Jialinshan /Yonglong brand casked water, and offers the water dispenser sales and maintenance services. The Company took the lead in producing the first bucket of casked water in the country in 1992, exploiting a new market and boosting the great development of the industry as well. What's more, it has taken a leading position in the aspect of service in the industry nationwide. The Company has grown to be one of the top 10 drinking water production and water marketing enterprises in Guangdong province after the continuous development and strengthening for over 10 years in competition.

The Company has established three production factories in Zhuhai City, Jiangmen City and Guangzhou City. Among them, the factory in ZHUHAI has two fully automatic 1200 casks/hour production capacity. The Company has set up over 580 chain distribution stores in main cities and central towns of the PRD area and established complete production, delivery and marketing service network. The market share of the Company in Zhuhai City amounts to over 65% and, the sales of mineral water produced has been steadily in the leading position in Macau and Shunde City, etc.

The Company has advanced production equipment, all-round testing equipment and ensured production quality. Now the Company has acquired "Adopting International Standard Product Marking Certificate", passed ISO9000:2000 Quality System Authentication and HACCP Authentication and was granted the Management Excellent Award by International Certification Network (IQNET); the Company has passed QC Authentication of National Foodstuff Quality and Safety and is the Class A Sanitation Enterprise of Guangdong Province, what's more, the Company has been approved and confirmed to be the sole enterprise using the mark of country of origin in Zhuhai City by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China, the products of the Company would receive common acknowledgment and protection of member states of WTO; the Company has obtained the "Sanitation Registration Certificate for Exported Foodstuff" issued by Certification and Accreditation Administration of the People's Republic of China, our products has been exported to Macau for a long time and has won the bid to be specified drinking water in governmental drinking water bid of Macau Special Administrative Region; Jialinshan drinking water was assessed to be the Famous Brand Product in Guangdong Province and the trademark of Jialinshan has been assessed to be Famous Trademark in Guangdong Province. Furthermore, products of the Company has won State Golden Award, Excellent Provincial Product and Famous Brand Product of the industry etc, and the products has been certified to be qualified in sampling inspection by relevant bodies of the Provincial and Municipal governments for 10 years continuously.

Situated near the Wanzi Jialinshan isolated by a river from Macau, the headwaters ground of the Zhuhai Water Factory belongs to Zhuhai Drinking-water Protection Area and shares the same headwaters area with Zhuxiandong Reservoir and Yinkeng Reservoir which supply water exclusively for Macau. Formally the production demonstration base for drinking water in Guangdong, Zhuhai Water Factory situated in a place featured by bushy forest, abundant water content and clean water quality. Water produced in Jialinshan has always been called the "water drunken by immortals" and people would take pride in drinking water produced here. The Company can produce natural mineral water, distilled water and purified water and has led in the industry the new concept of balanced drinking, leading the fashionable style of water-drinking consumption and becoming the first company in putting in practice “reaching the standard of safe and rest-assured water-drinking". At present, there are 68 Jialinshan water centers in Zhuhai City, all of which have been granted by Guangdong Bottled Water Association as the “Safe and rest-assured water shop". 

The Company insists on the theme culture of “Concern, Trust, Reform and Innovation”, advocate the management concept of ";action with plan, advocating of cooperation, focusing on details and enthusiastic in service” and “people-oriented management and cooperation creates values”, and the Company has strong and effective management system of marketing, production, quality control, financial, personnel matters and logistics and the first-level talent team in the industry. Now the Company has 186 employees, among which 62 have received college education or over, 37 have received technical secondary education, and 36 has intermediate and high-level technical occupational title. The Group where the Company is affiliated was granted titles such as the “Advanced Unit in Corporate Culture Building in China of 2005”, “National Honest and law-obeying Enterprise” and “First Batch of 100 Harmonious Labor Relationship Advanced Enterprise in Guangdong”. The Company is the vice-president unit of Guangdong Bottled Water Association.
