The Company began the OEM business in 2002 and now has built OEM business relationship with many domestic brands, HK Company and Macau large entertainment places. Until 2004, we have enlarged our business from OEM of natural mineral water to complicated OME including natural mineral water, distilled water and purified water. At the same time, to meet the requirements of different OME customers, we changed the bottle styles of our product, paper box and label in 2004, improving our production equipment, using the machine reasonably and arranging appropriately. The new packaged products were put into production in March, 2004 smoothly and the qualified rate of the product is 100%. This has provided favorable conditions and laid a solid foundation to developing the OME markets of Hong Kong, Macau and other countries. To the end of 2006, we have finished OME products for more than 1 million boxes and earned foreign exchange for over 20 million.
